DIRTY MATCHA

For those who find themselves caught between two worlds, we have the solution. Experience the best of both realms: A rendezvous of matcha's calm and espresso's kick

Ingredients

  • 2 g of Piohní Ceremonial Matcha
  • 30 ml Water 65℃ or 149ºF
  • 150 ml Milk
  • 1 Shot of espresso
  • Ice Cubes

Direction

1. Add Piohní matcha to your chawan bowl 茶碗 add water and whisk using your chasen until no clumps remain.

2. Pour the matcha into a glass with ice.

3. Top with milk and stir. For a trifecta, layered effect - leave out the stirring.

4. Pour in the espresso shot on top for a nice ombre effect and serve.
