I discovered this matcha in a Pilates studio, loved it so much I had to buy again when the 30g were finished
I have only tried the matcha pods and the hojicha powder.
The matcha is great, but I found out that the pods are leaking a lot in the machine, which is not optimal, as there’s product loss.
The hojicha is great.
Taste is good and the colour is bright and green
I didn’t expect to notice such a big difference, but this matcha really surprised me. It’s super smooth and doesn’t have that harsh bitterness I’ve had with other matcha before. There’s a slight natural sweetness to it, and the flavor just feels a lot cleaner overall.
I’ve actually started making matcha at home more often because of it. It’s simple, and honestly tastes better than most of the ones I’ve had at cafés.
At this point I’d rather just make it myself than go out for one. It’s become a bit of a daily habit :)
This is the only matcha I will drink! It’s nice and sweet without the bitter aftertaste of many other matches. I would highly recommend!
