PEACH MATCHA
Make a peach matcha with Piohni. Sweetly balanced and refreshing 🍑

INGREDIENTS
- 3 g Piohni Ceremonial Grade Matcha
- 30 ml water (65℃ or 149ºF)
- 150 ml milk
- 25 ml fresh peach puree or substitute for peach syrup
- Ice cubes
DIRECTION
1. Add hot water into your matcha bowl alongside Piohni Ceremonial Grade Matcha.
2. Infuse the matcha into the water using your chasen (matcha whisk) creating a "W" shape with your wrist in quick motions, and mix the matcha until foamy and smooth.
3. Find a nice glass and pour the peach puree or peach syrup in the bottom. Add 150 ml milk and stir.
4. Add ice cubes to the glass.
5. Pour the matcha mix on top for a nice waterfall effect. We topped ours with edible flowers but it's equally sweet as a peach without. Enjoy!
